Cooking with Coles: Courtney Roulston’s clever cookie dough dessert hack

Step 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C. Place the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries into an oven proof baking dish.

Step 2. Toss the cornflour through the berries to evenly coat then drizzle in the honey, orange zest and orange juice and toss gently to combine.

Step 3. Place the berries into the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until they are starting to bubble and become soft. Remove from the oven then using clean hands break off small pieces of dough and add to the top of the berries in an even layer, making sure you have small crevices to get crispy edges and jammy parts of berries bubbling through.

Step 4. If you want to decorate the edges roll in crushed nuts, 100`s & 100`s or crushed pretzels. Place on a tray and freeze for 15 minutes to firm up before serving
