Register your school for the chance to welcome 7NEWS Presenter Samantha Jolly to your classroom for an exciting, hands-on look at the world of weather.
Students will discover how forecasts are made, explore the science behind changing weather and get an insight into life as a 7NEWS weather presenter. There’ll be plenty of opportunities to ask questions, get involved and have some fun along the way.
The 7NEWS cameras will also be there to capture the visit, with highlights potentially featuring on that evening’s bulletin.

A classroom for us to visit, with access to a screen or projector with audio. We will send you a video prior to our visit, which will be used as part of our presentation.
Yes, students will be filmed. Schools must have media consent forms on file for all students involved. Any students who are not allowed to be filmed cannot be in the room.
You sure will be! Your class will be shown in our weather segment on 7NEWS at 6pm, on the same evening as our visit.
While we would love to visit everyone, we can only get to one school per week. We will be choosing schools from across Perth and appreciate your patience while we try and get to as many as we can
