The 80s icon and star of The Lost Boys and Bill & Ted has also had a storied career behind the camera and on stage.

Now, he’ll answer your (non-bogus) questions You probably still think of Alex Winter as Kiefer Sutherland’s bloodsucking, peroxide-haired vampire biker mate Marko in 1987’s The Lost Boys, or the air-guitaring slacker Bill S Preston Esq alongside Keanu Reeves’s Ted “Theodore” Logan in the Bill & Ted franchise.

But Winter actually started out as a child actor on Broadway, appearing in The King and I with Yul Brynner before making his big-screen debut opposite Charles Bronson in 1985’s Death Wish 3.

As well as the above, he played poet and physician John William Polidori in 1988’s Haunted Summer, and co-wrote, co-directed and starred in the 1993 cult comedy Freaked.
