MKR favourite behind viral Kingston biscuit trend shares new easy desserts

A two-ingredient dessert made with Kingston biscuits and tinned peaches has taken the internet by storm, attracting millions of views and helping clear supermarket shelves of the iconic Australian biscuit.

The viral bake was first shared by former My Kitchen Rules contestant Ash Davey after a friend urged her to try the unlikely combination.

The Margaret River content creator was initially sceptical, but the remarkably simple dessert quickly became an online sensation, with countless home cooks and fellow creators sharing their own versions.

Appearing on Sunrise on Wednesday, Davey revealed how to make the original Kingston peach bake and shared two more easy desserts: a chocolate chip and cherry bake and three-ingredient peanut butter biscuits.

2. Top with the peaches and their juice and bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for approximately 25 minutes or until bubbling and softened (with a little colour around the edges).

3. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes or until bubbling and softened.

2. Roll into 15 even-sized balls (use wet hands if needed) place on a lined baking tray, press them down with a fork, sprinkle a little salt is desired and bake in a preheated, 180 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Leave to set on tray for 5 minutes.

3. Let me know if you need anything further. Also let us know what needs to be done on the bench and what we need to demo.
