Pedestrian killed in Carramar crash with driver now assisting police

The pedestrian, 22, was critically injured on Tranquil Dr in Carramar about 1.50pm on Monday.

Police said the incident involved a white Toyota Corolla hatchback travelling northeast at the time of the collision.

The tragedy came just hours after a young nurse was killed in a early-morning crash in Tapping.
