Murder charge laid after man fatally stabbed
A man has been charged with murder after another man was allegedly stabbed to death during a fight between three people at a suburban home.
Emergency crews were called to a Lubach Street home at Beenleigh, south of Brisbane, around 4.45pm on Tuesday after reports of an altercation between three people all known to each other.
They found a 66-year-old man with stab wounds and fought to save him, but he died at the scene.
A crime scene was declared, with a man and a woman taken into custody.
A 47-year-old Karalee man was charged with murder and is set to face court on Wednesday, while a 43-year-old woman is under police guard in hospital and is expected to assist police with inquiries.
