Perth traffic: Crash causing Saturday night chaos on South Western Highway in Mount Richon
A reported crash is wreaking havoc on South Western Highway as motorists head home on Saturday night.
The incident is located on the Highway on Bedfordale Hill Road and William Street in Mount Richon.
Main Roads has advised drivers to exercise “extreme” caution if travelling in the area.
Earlier, Kwinana Freeway southbound at Mount Henry Bridge was brought to a stop after a duck and its ducklings attempted to cross Perth’s busiest road.
Footage shows cars parked on the bridge as a number of Good Samaritans attempt to usher the little ducklings to safety.
The duck and ducklings were eventually rescued, but not before traffic had backed up to a standstill back to Manning Road.
