For Meester, who became a household name playing Blair Waldorf in Gossip Girl, the partnership has a particularly personal feel.

The actress says she has been a fan of Elizabeth Arden since childhood, making the campaign something of a full-circle moment.

“I’ve been a fan of Elizabeth Arden since I was a little girl,” Meester said of the collaboration, describing Eternal Aura as a fragrance that celebrates the stage of life you are in rather than chasing an idea of perfection.

That sentiment is central to the fragrance itself. Elizabeth Arden describes Eternal Aura as a luminous floral amber Eau de Parfum created to capture modern femininity, confidence and self-expression.

The campaign has been designed around the idea of transformation , with Meester representing a woman embracing everything she has become.

Eternal Aura opens on juicy dragon fruit and golden pear, giving the fragrance an immediately fresh, fruity introduction.

At the heart is a floral bouquet of magnolia and peony, alongside an exclusive rose and ambrette co-distillate that gives the composition a more distinctive character.
