TechForce Advanced Manufacturing is intended to be owned 51% by Nightfood and 49% by JUN LONG.

Nightfood will provide strategic oversight, commercialization support, public-company infrastructure and access to capital-raising resources.

JUN LONG will contribute technical know-how, manufacturing expertise, product-development capabilities and customer relationships.
