Auvik Appoints Daniel Ochoa as Chief Revenue Officer

Financial Post ·

WATERLOO, Ontario — Auvik , an award-winning AI-driven IT management platform provider, today announced the appointment of Daniel Ochoa as Chief Revenue Officer. The promotion recognizes Ochoa’s impact since joining Auvik in June 2025, during which he transformed the company’s go-to-market approach and delivered a historic year of growth.

Ochoa’s first full fiscal year was marked by several key developments, including the launch of Auvik AI , designed to help IT teams shift from reactive monitoring to proactive resolution; intelligent alerting that reduces noise and the time spent triaging issues; and an expanded integration that brings automated device inventory management into existing IT workflows. Ochoa steps into the CRO role at a pivotal moment for Auvik, as the company continues to expand its platform to deliver broader visibility across IT environments.

Ochoa brings a wealth of experience leading market expansion and building channel and alliance ecosystems. Prior to joining Auvik, Ochoa served as CRO at Automox and spent nearly 12 years at SolarWinds, where he held sales leadership roles across North America, LATAM, and EMEA, giving him a deep understanding of the IT operations market and how to scale revenue organizations across geographies and customer segments.

Since joining Auvik, Ochoa has introduced the Partner Success Framework, a structured program built to deepen partner alignment, streamline collaboration, and equip partners with the enablement needed to deliver measurable customer value. The framework has been a key driver behind Auvik’s sustained channel momentum and was specifically recognized earlier this year when Ochoa was named to CRN’s 2026 Channel Chiefs list.

“The results we’ve delivered this year are a reflection of the team Auvik has built and the culture we’ve invested in,” said Ochoa. “We’ve challenged ourselves to think differently, execute with discipline, and show up consistently for our partners and customers. As CRO, my focus will remain on scaling what’s working, including investing in partner relationships, expanding our platform’s footprint with existing customers, and powering a continued pace of innovation.”

As CRO, Ochoa will oversee the full scale of Auvik’s revenue organization, with a focus on strengthening channel partnerships, accelerating cross-sell and upsell across Auvik’s expanding platform, and growing Auvik’s presence in North America while expanding its reach in international markets.

“Daniel combines extensive channel expertise with a disciplined approach to building high-performing teams and scalable growth engines,” said Doug Murray, CEO of Auvik. “As we continue bringing new Auvik AI capabilities to market, his leadership will be instrumental in helping customers and partners realize greater value from our platform and driving Auvik’s next phase of growth.”

Auvik is focused on a future where IT teams spend less time on routine operational work and more time on the problems worth solving.
