Rising Canadian R&B star Daniel Caesar is on his first worldwide arena tour in support of his acclaimed new album Son of Spergy. The Toronto singer launched the concert run in Singapore on May 16 and has seven Canadian dates in the itinerary.

Caesar is on a roll with multiple platinum certifications for singles such as Get You and Cyanide from his well-received albums. Beginning with 2017’s Freudian, he has continued to expand his fan base and musical style with every release.

Titled after Caesar’s father’s nickname, Spergy, Son of Spergy debuted in the Billboard Canadian Album and U.S. Billboard 200 charts and includes guest turns from Sampha, Yebba, Blood Orange, Bon Iver and Caesar’s brother 646yf4t (Zachary Simmonds). It was the artist’s first No. 1 debut on the U.S. Top R&B/Hip-Hop albums chart as well.

The Rogers Arena website has a full list of rules and regulations regarding what you can and can’t bring into the concert.

Concertgoers are recommended to have their tickets downloaded on their mobile device or Ticketmaster app and ready to scan at the gate for quick entry. Screenshots of tickets will not be accepted.

The arena does not allow large bags inside the venue. Bags measuring larger than 35.5 by 35.5 by 15.2 centimetres will not be allowed into the venue. The list of additional prohibited items for the event include outside food and beverages, balloons, selfie sticks and more.
