Police seek witnesses to farm-vehicle collision in eastern Ottawa

The crash happened on Devine Road near Frank Kenney Road, killing the driver of the vehicle that was not towing a load.

A 79-year-old man succumbed to his injuries at the scene, police said.

T he driver of the other vehicle did not sustain injuries.
