Bank fraud victims ask: Why aren't Canadian banks held more liable?

Every year, Canadians lose hundreds of millions to bank fraud — and are often left footing the bill.

Now, customers of TD, Royal Bank, Scotiabank, CIBC and the Bank of Montreal are calling on Ottawa to hold banks more liable for fraud losses.
