Kinder Morgan Reports Record Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results

HOUSTON -- Kinder Morgan, Inc.’s (NYSE: KMI) board of directors today approved a cash dividend of $0.2975 per share for the third quarter ($1.19 annualized), payable on November 16, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 2, 2026.

This dividend is a 2% increase over the third quarter of 2025.
