Jura Announces Release of Interim Filings

CALGARY, Alberta, Aug. 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Jura Energy Corporation (“Jura” or the “Company”) today announced the filing on SEDAR+ of its condensed consolidated interim financial statements and Management’s Discussion and Analysis (together, the “Interim Filings”) for the interim period ended June 30, 2026 and 2025.

As previously announced on April 30, 2026, the Company is relying on the exemptions provided by Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933 – Exemptions to Permit Semi-Annual Reporting for Certain Venture Issuers and has adopted semi-annual financial reporting. Accordingly, the Interim Filings do not include separate three-month results for the periods ended June 30, 2026 and 2025.
