Kenya's Langat retains men's title, Canada's Davies has historic debut at Toronto Waterfront Marathon

Kenya's Leonard Langat defended his title Sunday at the Toronto Waterfront Marathon, winning the men's race in two hours six minutes 51 seconds.

Andrew Davies of Vancouver was the top Canadian, finishing ninth in 2:08:48.

Leah Jeruto, also of Kenya, won the women's race in 2:21:19.
