Sofis Announces Appointment of Rafael Fraga as CEO

TORONTO & RIO DE JANEIRO -- Sofis, a Brazilian healthcare software provider specializing in hemotherapy and cell therapy solutions, announced the appointment of Rafael Fraga as incoming Chief Executive Officer.

Arcadea Group acquired a majority stake in Sofis earlier in 2026.

Fraga joins founder Reynaldo Mendes, who will stay on in a leadership role with the business and transfer full responsibilities to Fraga over the coming months.
