22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FETCO (Federally Regulated Employers – Transportation and Communications) acknowledges the direction established in the proposed Building Canada Strong Act , as it relates to changes to the Canada Labour Code.

The introduction of Bill C-39 recognizes that there are gaps in Canada’s labour relations framework and that the national interest can be harmed by significant economic and social damage caused by labour disruptions in critical sectors.
