Carey Price to be added to Canadiens Ring of Honour
Carey Price's Hall of Fame career will be celebrated by the Montreal Canadiens this season.
Price will be inducted into the Canadiens' Ring of Honour on Nov. 10, the team announced Tuesday. The on-ice ceremony at the Bell Centre will come one day after Price is immortalized in the Hockey Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2026.
Price will be the 62nd member of the Canadiens inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame. He spent his entire 15-year career with the Canadiens, setting franchise records for goaltenders with 712 games played and 361 wins.
Price won the Hart Trophy, Vezina Trophy, Ted Lindsay Award and William M. Jennings Trophy during his career, and backstopped the Canadiens to the Stanley Cup Final in 2021. Internationally, he won gold with Canada at the 2014 Olympics and 2016 World Cup of Hockey.
