NEW YORK -- Niobrara Capital ("Niobrara"), a U.S.-based private equity firm focused on middle-market B2B technology and technology-enabled services companies, today announced the acquisition of MSP Corp (“MSP”), a scaled Canadian managed IT services provider that remotely manages the IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and cloud environments of small and midsize business clients.
