OrgChart Partners with isolved to Bring Embedded Org Charts and Workforce Planning Tools to HR Teams

NOVATO, Calif. — OrgChart, the leading provider of org chart and workforce planning software, today announced a new partnership with isolved, a Workforce Capital Management (WCM) company that helps organizations recruit, retain and elevate their workforce. Starting today, isolved customers will have access to an embedded org chart and workforce planning solution powered by OrgChart directly inside isolved People Cloud™, serving more than 7.7 million employees and 189,000 employers.

The partnership addresses an industry-wide challenge for HR professionals who are wasting hours each month manually creating and updating custom and future plan org charts in tools like PowerPoint or Visio. In fact, 50% of HR leaders report spending more than 5 hours a month manually drawing org charts, and 88% of HR leaders report lacking workforce visibility.

The partnership will also empower HR and leadership teams with visual workforce planning tools that enable them to strategically scenario plan for the future with both position and employee information. Today, 90% of HR leaders report challenges with their current planning tools, including difficulties consolidating data, approving plans, and visualizing these plans, and 84% are interested in using better workforce planning tools since over half are relying on spreadsheets.
