Robin Nuber was in Los Angeles on the weekend, but it was after he returned home to British Columbia that he found himself in a scene he likened to an "action movie," speeding in reverse to escape a man with a knife who was chasing a frightened victim clinging to the outside of Nuber's Tesla.
