Nick Reiner denied access to trust fund ahead of murder trial, as trustees cite ‘slayer statute’

Nick Reiner, who stands accused of killing his parents Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner, has been denied access to the $1.5-million US trust fund he was seeking to use to fund his legal defence.

The 32-year-old has pleaded not guilty to two charges of murder.
