Xizang Rhapsody | I'm a Modern Monk
Born in 1994, Danqu Dengzeng is a student monk at Xizang Buddhism University.
"I am a monk living in the present," he says.
Not only does he love basketball and think NBA star Kyrie Irving is cool, he scrolls through Douyin to learn about the Dharma and uses his phone to listen for calls for help! 'I'm a Modern Monk' shares Dengzeng's story — watching how he both "preserves ancient wisdom and embraces a new world-guide myself and others."
