SCO credits Shanghai Spirit for organization's success
The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) has emerged as one of the main multilateral actors in Eurasia over the past quarter of a century.
That's according to SCO Deputy Secretary General Ahmad Saidmurodzoda.
In an exclusive interview with CGTN, he attributed the organization's success to its core principle, the Shanghai Spirit.
He noted that the SCO has never been directed against any party and that all decisions are reached through consensus among its member states.
