US continues crackdown on 'birth tourism'
The United States has revoked hundreds of visas as part of a sweeping new crackdown on "birth tourism," the practice of traveling to another country for the express purpose of giving birth, which grants automatic U.S. citizenship to the infants.
In Tijuana, Mexico, people say they're caught in the middle of a policy even legal experts call confusing.
