China dispatches humanitarian aid to Colombia

Earthquake relief supplies provided by the Chinese government to support Colombia's disaster response were dispatched from the Beijing Capital International Airport on Tuesday.

According to reports, supplies include power generators, mobile water purification vehicles, disinfection machines, solar-powered lighting equipment, tents and blankets.

Once loading is complete, the chartered flight will depart for Bogota, the capital of Colombia, and is scheduled to arrive around noon local time on Tuesday.
