Screen melodies step into a Changchun mall for everyday shoppers

To mark the 21st Changchun Film Festival, set to run from August 23 to 28, a special music showcase is bringing screen classics directly into the city's daily flow.

Inside a local shopping mall in Changchun, the central plaza has transformed into a vibrant pop-up stage, where live bands and singers are performing 40 years of classic Chinese film and TV songs.

Pushing grocery carts or sipping milk tea, shoppers can pause right around the corner to enjoy live acoustic nostalgia – bringing festival celebrations directly to the public.
