中新网9月23日电综合报道，欧盟理事会22日发表声明宣布，将针对“破坏或威胁乌克兰领土完整、主权和独立”的个人和实体的制裁措施延长36个月，至2029年9月22日。目前相关措施累计制裁个人和实体超3000个。
