WhatsApp May Soon Let Android Users Schedule Messages, Photos and Videos

WhatsApp's upcoming message scheduling tool could make it easier to plan conversations and send messages at the right time.

Spotted in Android beta version 2.26.40.7, the feature reportedly lets users choose when text messages, links and media should be delivered.

It may also include a dedicated section for managing pending messages and support end-to-end encryption.

Users could schedule messages up to two weeks ahead, with group message delivery tied to membership at the time of scheduling.

The rollout remains limited for now.
