Phil McGraw and his wife Robin have put their luxurious Beverly Hills estate on the market for an impressive $67.5 million.

After acquiring it for $29.8 million in 2010 and taking another seven years to complete its construction by 2011, the sprawling 16,079 square foot residence is accompanied by guest and staff quarters.

Among its exquisite features are a swimming pool, wine cellar, and tennis court.
