Zubeen death case: Gauhati HC gives relief to co-singer Amritprava Mahanta

The Gauhati High Court has granted bail to Amritprava Mahanta, marking the first instance of bail being awarded in the case related to Zubeen Garg's tragic death.

Bail was set at Rs 50,000.

Garg, a prominent figure, passed away in a scuba diving incident in Singapore in September 2025, just days before his scheduled performance.

In the wake of this, Shyamkanu Mahanta, the organizer, has also faced arrest.
