In 2025, Flipkart, Amazon, and Meesho topped the charts for consumer complaints among e-commerce platforms.

The National Consumer Helpline handled an impressive 91 crore in refunds, mainly involving e-commerce disputes.

The most common complaint highlighted was product non-delivery.

Additionally, the Central Consumer Protection Authority penalized 47 platforms for unfair practices, while consumers can conveniently lodge complaints by dialing the toll-free number 1915.
