Ronit Roy leases his Andheri West office for nearly Rs 1.39 cr

Renowned actor Ronit Roy has entered into a lease agreement for his 950 sq ft office space situated in Andheri West, securing a deal with Kerawi Care Private Limited.

The lease spans five years, starting at a monthly rent of Rs 2.10 lakh, which will see an annual increment of 5%.

The tenant has made a security deposit of Rs 6.5 lakh.
