A special NIA court in Jammu issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Lashkar-e-Taiba founder Hafiz Muhammad Saeed.

Operating from Pakistan to supply arms and funds to terrorists in the Kashmir Valley, Saeed continues to evade law enforcement.

The court order follows a major arms seizure in Ganderbal that exposed deep ties between local suspects and foreign terror networks.
