The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) on Wednesday (August 19) took up road repair works at several locations, with engineering teams attending to potholes and damaged bituminous concrete (BT) and cement concrete (CC) stretches.

In Gajularamaram Circle, work was taken up on the badly damaged Lalsabguda Road, while BT patches were repaired on the stretch between Mettukani Guda and Rajeev Gandhi Nagar. In Ameenpur Circle, teams, along with the IRT, attended to potholes and damaged BT stretches in Bharti Nagar and RC Puram wards.

Road repairs were also carried out on HCU Road in Serilingampally Circle. In Madhapur Circle, teams attended to BT and CC patches and potholes in Anjaiah Nagar and Madhapur wards. BT patchwork was taken up in Central Park Colony in Kompally Ward.

In Tellapur Ward, repair works were carried out at Alien Junction, Mayfair Junction and Radial Road 30. In Kukatpally Circle, departmental BT cross-cutting works were attended to on Green Hills Main Road in Sevalal Nagar, Ward 253, while a CC pothole at JNTU Free Left in Vasantha Nagar, Ward 251, was repaired.

Pothole repairs were also carried out at Aditya Imperial Heights in Miyapur Circle, while BT patches were attended to on Allapur Main Road in Moosapet Circle.

“Field teams were continuing to identify damaged road stretches and take up repairs on priority. The works are being monitored on the ground by engineering teams,” said CMC.
