Samuk: Rukmini set for Hindi debut opposite Akshay

Bengali actress Rukmini Maitra is reportedly in talks for the female lead in Akshay Kumar's sci-fi thriller 'Samuk', shooting in the UK, marking her potential Hindi debut.

Directed by Kanishk Varma, the film reunites Akshay with producer Vipul Amrutlal Shah after 12 years. 'Samuk' is slated for a 2027 theatrical release.
