Nedurumalli Ram Kumar vows to gift Venkatagiri municipality to Jagan

Venkatagiri YSR Congress Party coordinator Nedurumalli Ram Kumar has vowed to win the Venkatagiri town municipality at any cost and present it as a gift to party supremo Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Party activists from all 36 wards of the town reached Mr. Ram Kumar’s residence, expressing support in favour of the municipal chairperson candidate Boligarla Deevena.

Ms. Deevena filed her nomination papers on Saturday in the presence of Mr. Ram Kumar and the party’s senior leader, B. Mastan Yadav.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ram Kumar appealed to the cadre to work tirelessly to ensure victory for the party candidates in the fray for the post of chairperson as well as the councillors, so as to present it as a ‘Dasara gift’ to Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy.

He recalled that Venkatagiri had always sided with the YSR family, and hence Mr. Jagan had a special place for this constituency in his heart.

The YSRCP evinces keen interest in bagging this town that borders the Tirupati and Nellore districts.
