At the inspiring age of 77, British sailor Jeanne Socrates completed a solo, non-stop circumnavigation of the globe.

Starting her journey aboard the yacht Nereida from Victoria, Canada, in 2018, she faced tumultuous seas for 320 days.

Socrates bravely overcame significant challenges, including repairs and injuries from a serious fall sustained earlier.
