Telangana Housing and Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy on Tuesday announced the dates of location-wise lucky draws to select beneficiaries of the government’s Indiramma Houses in Hyderabad (CURE) region . The draws — in 18 locations— would be held from August 27 to 30, in four locations everyday. It would be streamed live on YouTube and other platforms.

After a review meeting with the department’s officials on Tuesday, the Minister spoke on the number of people found eligible for the draws, applications rejected, tenders for the towers and other aspects.

The lucky draws will be held location-wise. While the draws would be held in Raidurg, KPHB Colony, Mailardevpally and Redhills on August 27; it would be held in Kowkur, Patigadda, Jalpalli and Kulsumpura on August 28; in Jubilee Hills MLA Colony, Boinpally, Bandlaguda (LIG Colony) and Nandi Musaliguda on August 29, and in Gajularamaram; Police Lines in Amberpet; Gaddianaram, R&B Quarters and Pocharam (LIG Colony) on August 30, the Minister said.

The ₹10,000 Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), paid during the application stage, will be returned and deposited into accounts for applicants who do not win the draw, immediately after declaring the final list of beneficiaries post the lotteries.

The government has invited applications for 7,340 affordable flats in the Indiramma Housing towers in 18 locations located in 16 Assembly constituencies within Outer Ring Road (ORR). The applications were received till August 15, 2026 . After 360-degree verification of applications and objections, 40,900 applications were declared as eligible for the draws and 19,820 as ineligible. While the government would provide a subsidy of ₹5 lakh per each flat, each beneficiary has to constribute ₹6 lakh in installments.
