Unfinished for nearly 30 years, Hollywood Video’s founder's Oregon mansion is up for $4.7 million

A nearly 52,000-square-foot mansion in West Linn, Oregon, has remained unfinished for almost 30 years and is now listed for $4.7 million.

Hollywood Video founder Mark Wattles bought the 32-acre property for $1.25 million in 1994 and spent about $12 million on the project.

Two later owners also had plans for the estate, but the mansion was never completed.
