Monad Proposes New Wallet Design Focused on Passkeys and Quantum Security

Monad researchers Kushal Babel and Jan Camenisch have proposed a new account design that separates a blockchain address from the credentials used to authorise transactions.

The approach could allow users to rotate lost or outdated keys, use passkeys and enable social recovery without moving their assets to a new address.

The design could also support multisignature access and future post-quantum authentication.
