Delhi Police detained Cockroach Janata Party founder Abhijeet Dipke ahead of the ‘Lehra Do Tiranga’ gathering at Connaught Place.

The police cited Section 163 prohibitory orders, traffic concerns and public safety.

Dipke questioned the detention and asked for an alternative venue.
