Minsk, Pyongyang to sign visa-free travel agreement soon - top Belarusian diplomat
MINSK, August 23. /TASS/. Belarus and North Korea will soon sign a vise-free travel agreement, Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov said.
"The agreement is ready, with only several technical aspects remaining. We will sign it in the near future," he told the Belarus-1 television channel.
