Putin says Russia developing despite all difficulties

MOSCOW, August 22. /TASS/. Russia is developing, despite all difficulties, as it launches large-scale projects for economic growth, development in the social sphere and improvement of the quality of public administration and defense capabilities, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in a speech at the United Russia party congress.

"Despite all difficulties, the country is developing as it launches and implements large-scale projects for improvement of the quality of public administration and defense capabilities, economic growth and development in the social sphere," he said.
