Russia’s Iskander missiles destroy up to 40 trucks modified for UAV launches near Kiev

MOSCOW, August 22. /TASS/. Not far from Borispol, Russian troops destroyed up to 40 heavy trucks modified for launching unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), with its Iskander tactical missile system, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

Throughout the day, the Russian armed forces continued to strike drone launch sites, as well as ships and seaports used by the Ukrainian military.

"As a result of a strike by Iskander operational-tactical missiles on heavy trucks modified for transporting and launching long-range unmanned aerial vehicles, up to 40 trucks with launchers were destroyed north of Borispol in the Kiev region," the ministry said.
