MOSCOW, October 21. /TASS/. The Bank of Russia has set the official dollar exchange rate at 81.9739 rubles for October 22, 2026. It is 91.4 kopecks lower than the previous indicator.
The official euro exchange rate has been lowered by 1 ruble and 10.8 kopecks to 91.9337 rubles.
The official yuan exchange rate has been lowered by 9.02 kopecks to 12.2806 rubles.
