MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Ukraine is not only unwilling to resolve the external power supply problem at the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP), but is doing everything possible to exacerbate the dire situation there, Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom CEO Alexey Likhachev said on Monday.
