Amad absence from Man Utd squad vs Hull explained after training ground blow

Manchester United are without Amad at Hull City on Saturday due to injury. Red Devils head coach Michael Carrick has confirmed that the forward misses out after picking up a niggle.

United are looking to continue where they left off last season under Carrick as they travel to newly-promoted Hull City in their opening fixture of the new Premier League season. The Old Trafford club finished third under then-interim boss Carrick last term - winning 12 out of his 17 games in charge after he succeeded Ruben Amorim in January.
