How to watch Hull vs Manchester United: TV channel and live stream for Premier League today

Manchester United , this afternoon, will be out to ruin Hull City’s big return to the Premier League .

After nine consecutive seasons in the Championship, Hull are back in English football’s top flight thanks to beating Middlesbrough in the play-off final at Wembley three months ago .

Though, Sergej Jakirovic’s side have been handed a rather daunting opening fixture.

Man United enjoyed a superb run of form during the second half of last season as Michael Carrick worked his magic to achieve Champions League qualification and the head coach role on a permanent basis .

The hard work to get Man Utd challenging for the Premier League title begins here and anything other than an away win at the MKM Stadium will be considered a surprise - even if Carrick has attempted to play down the favourites tag.

Plenty of debuts are expected for both sides, with United poised to unleash a new-look midfield which includes summer signings Andrey Santos and Youri Tielemans .

The Red Devils have never lost to the Tigers in the Premier League, but were victorious in defeat on their last visit to Kingston upon Hull in January 2017, progressing 3-2 on aggregate in a Carabao Cup semi-final.

TV channel: In the UK, the game will be televised live on TNT Sports. Coverage starts at 11am BST on TNT Sports 1 ahead of kick-off at 12.30pm.

Live stream: TNT Sports subscribers can also catch the contest live online via the HBO Max app and website.

Live blog: You can follow all the action on matchday via Standard Sport ’s live blog.
